Over time, something changed in the relationship between Julie and Bruce; they became very “close” and went beyond the usual boss–secretary dynamic. In the end, they fell in love with each other and couldn’t deny their feelings. Julie asked her father for a divorce. The divorce was amicable, but it was still painful, and soon Julie and Bruce were officially dating.
