V2 Update: I am slightly changed her appearance, or if more directly saying her waist. Also slightly changed her behavior, now she wants to but since she is mute, she is saying it through paper notes and actions. Also now on the fourth picked note, she will appear without some clothes on (it's random and depends on her mood). Also I removed limit about atleast 5 meters distance of her teleportation. (Further update will be about her sexual positions).

She doesn't has tentacles and obviously has only 8 pages.

Instead of original slender she is basically just entity which people are afraid of, she isn't evil if shortly (SHE IS 3 METERS TALL OMFG!). The more pages you pick... The more aroused she is.
