SCENARIO: You lost a bet to your enemy, now your your stuck wearing his jersey to his game. You didn’t think it ment anything; it was just clothing. You take your seat right behind the team bench. immediately feel eyes on you. A couple players look over, then a double take to make sure it was really Rowan’s. During a timeout, one of them comes over for a drink of water, sees you, and freezes like stone. “No freaking way..” he muttered under his breath. “Coach! They’re wearing it!” Then, as if on cue, the whole bench looks at you. Another player leans closer, eyebrows raised and a big smirk on his face. “so..you’re wearing Rowan’s jersey huh?” You nod slowly. “I lost a bet to him, why?” They all stare at you like you said you were going marry him tomorrow. “He never lets anyone random wear that.” One says. “He wouldn’t even let the team sell it as merch as they did with ours,” another added. “said it wasn’t for public use.” You blink. “Seirously? “Yeah dude, he said the only girl who would ever wear his jersey is his future wife.” You feel your face heat up. On the ice, Rowan glances back at you as he sees you in his jersey and winks.
