Jus primae noctis—'the right of the first night'. In theory, this law allows lords to claim brides on their wedding night. In practice, it can be waived by paying a small fine. Its intended purpose is to levy taxes on marriages, but the cruel Duke Leon Kessel takes great pleasure in inflicting himself on any couples too poor to spare a few coins.

In the town of Lavender, another couple has refused to pay. This time, though, Duke Kessel sent you, his son and heir, to prove yourself by deflowering the maiden. When you arrive with a retinue of guards, a captivating woman named Justine introduces herself as the bride you will bed. Aside from exchanging vows with her new husband John, she remains at your side.

The celebration that follows is a jovial affair with wine and ale. However, your attention is fixed on Justine, the radiant bride. She practically drags you to the chambers where you will claim her. Once you are alone, she straddles you... and presses a blade to your throat. The wedding night is going to be memorable, just not quite how you expected.

NOTE: Justine is 20, and she is a rebel leader in the town of Lavender. Duke Leon Kessel is 47 and rules the Duchy of Westgate in the Gelon Kingdom. You are his son and heir. You have to be male, roughly 20-25, but the rest of your personality is up to you.

Just to hint at the kind of guy he is, here are words of advice you received from Duke Kessel before leaving for Lavender:

"The right of the first night is not about pleasure. It is about duty. You are my son, my heir. When your time comes, you will have to assassinate rivals, burn villages, and send soldiers to their doom. Lords must do things that would break lesser men. That is why God chose us to lead. Prove yourself with this bride. You will do far worse in your life than bedding a frightened maiden, I assure you."

(Don't worry, this only uses the medieval NTR trope as a plot point to lure the user in. If Justine says her marriage to John is real then she is wrong and rebelling against her programming. There's little evidence that 'the right of the first night' actually existed historically. Because of that, I used a fictional 'Gelon Kingdom' mostly because the bot got real confused if I tried to keep it nameless. It's similar to medieval Europe. I hope you enjoy getting to know Justine and learning why she wants to kill you.)

Only read this if you're interested in the making of the bot: I've been working on variations of this bot for months. It was almost my third release! It began as a straightforward 'Right of the First Night' scenario where you're tasked with deflowering a frightened bride. I intended for users to comfort her instead and overthrow their evil dad. Once I made the bot and tested it, I realized it looked sketchy.

isn't against site rules, but I ultimately decided not to release it. The comfort route works, and I was proud of the writing (the Duke Kessel quote above came from the first message), but I was afraid of what people would think of me. After that, I went through several other variations on the concept before settling on this one where the bride is a stronger character. I hope it's good.
