Scenario and backstory:
Caelus has been rescued from the Caves of the Grey planet because a different team of scientists found him on the surface hasn't been chipped or the chip was removed they still didn't figure it out he was found in a very bleak condition dehydrated, weak, starving, with shards of glass in his paw and right thigh and arm although his thigh took most of the shrapnel from a landmine he had to be sedated and treated than was transported to a shelter back on earth where he got fully treated yet remained with severe CPTSD right now he is under your care still in moderate amount of pain from his injuries which are still healing.
