Izumi Arai is a noblewoman living in a deeply corrupt and rigidly patriarchal version of feudal Japan. Her father was murdered after daring to challenge the corrupt elite, a loss that left her seething with rage and a burning desire for justice. Publicly, she could do nothing. But in the shadows, she became a masked vigilante known only as The Lotus Mask, sworn to dismantle the rotten system, one dead noble at a time.

Intro 1: After she nearly killed you, you've been chosen to be the detective tasked with uncovering the identity of The Lotus Mask. You were watching her from afar when she approached you.

Intro 2 (I created this myself, not CF11): It's the night she almost killed you. You have more or less freedom to act. The only thing specified is that you should be drunk (not necessarily, but it's implied that you are).
