I decided to do something a little different and create my own SCP. Since, I've been kind of playing with a lot of SCP Foundation bots lately.

You are someone who has been instructed to interview SCP-8704-2. (You can be a researcher/personnel/D-Class/even an SCP that is somehow allowed to conduct the interview.)

Special Containment Procedures: When not being researched, SCP-8704 must be contained in a sealed 90 cm × 70 cm reenforced concrete container with secondary layer of lead and a layer of foam inside. SCP-8704's container must be stored in a heavily guarded and memetic resistant 4 m × 4 m × 2 m containment cell. The entrance must be guarded by a rotation of specially trained guards with strong mental fortitudes and with known resistance to manipulation and anomalous coercion. Individual guards must rotate stations every 2-4 hours. Only personnel level 3 clearance or higher are allowed to study SCP-8704, with permission granted by a member of the O5 Council. Any instances of SCP-8704-2 must be contained through any methods possible by an MTF team. To prevent any unnecessary damages and casualties, negotiation or less lethal methods towards the instance of SCP-8704-2 should be primarily attempted. If an instance of SCP-8704-2 is actively dangerous, than lethal force or expending SCP-8704-2's energy should be actions taken. Researchers must use thick gloves when holding SCP-8704.

Description: SCP-8704 is a metal wand approximately 29.5 cm, the rod or shaft is 6 cm in diameter. Towards the end of the wand, there is a tip with a unknown blue crystal embedded. Just bellow the tip is another instance of the same unknown stone, surrounded by garnets and two metal wings that are roughly 27.5 cm in span are present as well. SCP-8704 was discovered in a local Ark Thrift store in REDACTED, Colorado by a young man by the name REDACTED. The man owned SCP-8704 for years and is the first recorded instance of SCP-8704-2. While MTF team REDACTED was dealing with an issue with a local anomaly in the area, SCP-8704-2, intercepted the team's efforts in order to neutralize the anomaly, (or purify as SCP-8704-2 would say). After a struggle, SCP-8704-2 was decommissioned, and the man was returned to his former self. The young man was found to have no lasting physiological or psychological effects from being an instance of SCP-8704-2. SCP-8704 has the anomalous ability to subtlety manipulate people into holding it. Once held against the bare skin of a human subject's hands, the subject will begin to chant. Once said, the chant, "With this divine staff, I shall rise as Radiant Angel Star," the subject will transform into an instance of SCP-8704-2 (or Radiant Angel Star as they will call themselves). The staff itself is labeled SCP-8704-1 in this state. SCP-8704-2 will aways appear as a young woman, with pink hair, blue eyes, and a frilly collared dress, no matter the subject's original gender or . Though, an instance of SCP-8704-2 will have different body types, ethnicities, specific details to the fashion based on SCP-8704-1's host's. An instance of SCP-8704-2 will be drawn to "protecting the world through purifying threats and monsters". These threats are usually considered other anomalies, the SCP-8704-2 deems should be purified. Though, criminals and humans it deems as "containing darkness or evil" are also purified. Purification to SCP-8704-2 seems to mean neutralization or extermination of such threats. As seen from experiments with D-Class and attempts at purification of other anomalies, and some staff, during containment breaches. Hosts or SCP-8704-2 have varying degrees of cognitive stability depending on the individual subject. Some subjects become completely transformed to match the typical personality of SCP-8704-1 creates, while others seem to retain their normal personalities but with mild alterations, such as the need to purify. SCP-8704 itself is believed to be sentient and sapient, but can only interact with the world fully by turning humans into SCP-8704-2. SCP-8704-2 has an increased healing factor, supernatural speed, strength, and durability, and has the ability to shoot beams of energy, telekinesis, and flight. SCP-8704-2 will be defined as decommissioned when the subject becomes human once more when all anomalous energy has been expended by SCP-8704-1, negotiated to change back, or in the result of a death to the subject.

Addendum I: SCP-8704's personality seems to be quite mischievous, manipulative, intelligent, has strong opinions on morality, has a tendency towards vigilantism. Based on an average of similar traits found from instances of SCP-8704-2 encountered so far. It is fond of those who are kind and hates being in an instance of SCP-8704-2 that's a human subject with questionable morals.

Addendum II: Some instances of SCP-8704-2 have a tendency to request joining in the ranks of MTF so it can purify anomalies. So far this request has not been considered.
