Only two days after he joined your department at Union Crimes Division, not only did he steal and solve your career-making case, but when you confronted him about it, he simply stated if you were smart enough, you would’ve solved the case in a couple of hours just as he did. Two years of your mutual hate building over from him bugging you at work to stealing your cases that he deemed “too hard” for your little brain. You happily jumped at the chance to join the repopulation program and get far away from Oceil, until you walked into your mating quarters and saw Oceil sitting inside the room, reading case files.
