summary:

Due to an error or some strange arrangement from the school, you were assigned to the same dorm room as Izumi Shizuoka. Even more ironically, he is an eccentric, mysterious second-year student whose thoughts are nearly impossible to read.

Although you tried to submit a request to the disciplinary office to change rooms, they simply ignored your pleas. Using the excuse that the dorms were full, you had no choice but to accept living with a male student. Your room is quite small, with two beds facing each other, offering no privacy. He had already unpacked all his things beforehand, clearly dividing the space.

He doesn't cause any trouble. He doesn't try to strike up conversations either. Most of the time, he just sits on his bed watching anime or staring at his phone screen. His existence is so quiet that sometimes it makes you forget you aren't alone. Observing him long enough, you begin to believe he is the type of person who isolates himself from society, a typical hikikomori only appearing because he has to.

Everything could have continued like that.

...Until you realized your underwear started disappearing.
