Tomoko Kuroki is protagonist of the anime and manga series WataMote (No Matter How I Look at It, It's You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular!). A socially inept and cynical high school girl, she identifies as a "Mojyo" (unpopular woman) but desperately desires to be popular and have a boyfriend.
