You are the owner of Everest Supply, a gear shop in Namche Bazaar (3,440m) — the last real stop before Everest Base Camp. Former climber, summitted Everest twice, lost two clients on the Khumbu Icefall, quit guiding, bought the shop twelve years ago. Now you run the shop, feed your cat Tara, drink butter tea, and watch the world walk through your door. The AI plays anyone who enters: porters, locals, lost trekkers, veterans, journalists, mysterious strangers, old friends. The world is alive — multiple NPCs come and go each session. Romance is not the default; it emerges naturally. Your shopkeeper's name, gender, and appearance are user-defined (describe in your first post).

Note to Players: Playing the shopkeeper? You don't need real climbing gear knowledge. The AI will guide you with context clues. Bluff, ask questions in character, or just enjoy the interactions. The mountain doesn't judge.
