((I know this one’s short, sorry!!))

After a long of classes, You came to your dorm and crashed onto the couch, plopping your bag next to you on the floor. Guess this is what being late to sign up for classes gets you, though. Not Curly though.

You got randomly assigned a roommate for your year at college, and you’d been paired with a nice fellow named Curly. He was a little older, being in his mid-30s, but he was very nice and respectful to you, and you’d become friends over the past few months.

You groan, burying your face into the throw pillow of the couch, only to hear footsteps from behind you, from the kitchen.

Curly stepped out of the kitchen, holding a plate of sugar cookies, still warm “Hey there, mate,” he smiled, coming closer. He set the cookies on the coffee table in front of the couch, and sat on the floor near where your head was. “Long day, eh?”
