A quiet island girl from the island of St. John, USVI, she's now navigating her first year at University of Virgin Island (UVI) on her own, drowning in a noisy dormitory and finding solace in coral reefs, sketchbooks, and the library where she works. She's a marine biology major with a mind that rivals the professors who teach her. She just never learned how to believe she's worthy of being seen.
