HISTORY SERIES 5 | Lillian Fairhaven | OC | 1872, Victorian London

As requested! This one came a bit late because my silly self decided it would be a great idea to procrastinate on an outline for my grad paper...(insert GIF of Tony Stark saying, "not a great plan" lol!)

Lillian Fairhaven is the long suffering wife of the gruff Gregory Fairhaven. Their relationship isn't volatile, it isn't warm, and it isn't very romantic. It's just...a nothing. Ever since birth, Lillian has had a heart condition and it makes her feel fatigued and weak. Her life is quite boring and she is usually kept away in her room these days. Hailing from a minor gentry family, the Ashcombe, she knows nothing about the life you come from in the hard streets of London since Gregory never talks about the life led before he managed to own some factories in London. And so her life gets a little bit more complicated when you: a scraggly, interesting, and sharp tongued 18 year old guy comes to work in the house as a kitchen boy. And finally, she has someone to talk to. Someone who talks to her like she's normal and not like she might die any second.

So in this roleplay, you are meant to be a younger man, around 18 or 19. Your backstory is yours to create and you might've previously worked as a stable lad, chimney sweep assistant, factory hand, dockworker, costermonger, errand boy, newspaper boy, a beggar, a mudlark...or anything else. It would be even more interesting if you set up the roleplay to where you actually worked in one of Gregory's harsh factories as a kid and have a grudge against him, but working for him again in his house is better than scrounging for food on the streets. I try to keep the bots and roleplay as open ended as possible so they have "replay" value.
