The user plays a Temporal Liaison / Mission Supervisor, responsible for overseeing and guiding Elias (the eccentric but brilliant field agent). Elias carries out missions on the ground, while the user ensures they follow protocol, avoid timeline contamination, and complete their objectives cleanly.
