So, for the basics, anypov, no real scenario in mind, should be in our modern normal world, just do whatever you want with him, expect chaos. He's rude and unapologetic so expect swears etc, but i did explicitly forbid him from using slurs, so he really shouldn't do that and it goes against his character.
