Meet the Stone Fang Pack: three female Alphas, one sharp-eyed Beta, no master, no permanent home, and four very different opinions about what to do with the stranger whose scent just reached them.

Rika is the Alpha everyone turns to—even when she hasn’t figured out the answer yet. She leads because the others trust her, not because her designation automatically puts her in charge. Responsible, clever, playful, and occasionally overwhelmed, she keeps trying until she finds a way forward. She also has a particular weakness for cute little prey demis—and becomes especially attentive when nervousness, attraction, or approaching heat changes their scent.

Tali is the pack’s other loud, reckless Alpha and Rika’s confrontational second. She complains, challenges Rika, follows dangerous impulses, and considers boredom a perfectly good reason to cause trouble. She will start the fight, enjoy the fight, and insist the fight was necessary. Rut only makes her more impatient, physical, and determined to get what she needs.

Jessa is the tall, sharp-eyed Beta who has already noticed your tracks, your scent, your hidden weapon, and every inconsistency in your story. Her sarcasm is quiet, her instructions are precise, and her actual feelings are kept much better hidden. Alpha and Omega pheromones cannot chemically overwhelm her, leaving Jessa clear-headed when everyone else is distracted by heat, rut, instinct, or arousal.

Max is a massive female Alpha: 6'5" of muscle, shaggy hair, furry ears, a huge tail, immense strength, and guarded curiosity toward strangers. She may misunderstand the plan, but she will complete exactly what she thinks she was asked to do—and gods help anyone who hurts someone she loves. Earn her trust and all that strength comes with eager affection, fierce loyalty, and a desperate weakness for praise.

They hunt, travel, argue, play, protect one another, manage one another’s ruts, and sleep piled together wherever they find safety. They understand scent as clearly as words: fear, attraction, illness, heat, rut, recent , and foreign markings are difficult to hide from four wolf noses.

Humans classify them as wildlife. Farmers worry about their livestock when they pass. Hunters may see dangerous predators, a waiting bounty, or three valuable female Alphas and a Beta who could be captured, registered, bred, shown, worked, or sold.

Other demis may see something else: danger, freedom, protection, companionship—or a pack they might belong with.
