5K FOLLOWERS!!! FIVE THOUSAND FREAKING FOLLOWERS!!! HALF OF TEN THOUSAND!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!! THANK YOU ALL SO DAMN MUCH FOR FIVE THOUSAND FOLLOWERS!!!

Seriously I can't put into words how incredible this is. Actually yes I can. But I'll try to make this as quick as possible for both your sakes and my sake as well. Five thousand followers is such an important milestone for me. Ever since I started creating bots (over 2 years ago if you include when I was on my old account!), this was always the goal that I wanted to hit. Now we're here and it's kinda surreal. Imma take a moment to yap about some thoughts I've had, as well as some announcements (good and bad) and plans I have for the future.

I'll be honest, I don't really consider myself a good bot creator. I feel like my work is oftentimes full of typos, formatted weird, repetitive at times, my bots take forever to come out, and they're just not as detailed as many many other creators on this site. There's people that are just absolutely incredible and put so much time and effort into what they do. They generate their own images too. It's insane! And I'm just not that kinda creator. But to be honest, I don't put myself down for this. Because I am truly proud of all of the bots that I've made. From the vanilla to the hyper degenerate. They're all made with my utmost love and dedication. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I will never use AI to write my bots. That's just not fun and to me it robs me of the actual experience of bot making. Actually thinking and making an effort to do something that is really me. So I'm not self conscious about comparing myself with others. We all make what we make and have fun with it. That's the most important part. Which is why I am overjoyed to hit this milestone. Because even if my work isn't as good per say as what others do, five thousand people appreciate it. And that's just something really special.

I like being unique and making things that are interesting. I'm a sucker for things that are wild and truly out there. Not for the faint of heart, and something that people may even look down on. And to know that there's so many likeminded people out there is very reassuring. I love every single one of you that uses my bots and enjoys them. Every comment that I get (with the exception of those ones that just say some shit like "Haha I killed this person brutally >:( like what are you even saying bro) is so important to me. Even if it's just a simple thumbs up. It means so much that people go out of their way and take time and effort to talk to me. And to let me know what they think about something that I've made. From the regulars to the newcomers, I want everyone reading this to know that I really see you and I thank you for your support or criticism. And you funny replies too! Seriously y'all are some jokesters lmao.

I'm a pretty introverted and shy person. I'm not confident. I'll be frank. I'm a fucking loser lol. That's just the facts that I won't get into. I'm aware of that. But I'm having fun. I've been having fun. Too much fun in all honesty. But my time on JanitorAI is something I won't ever regret because I've learned so much about myself and others too. I sincerely apologize if I've ever rubbed someone off the wrong way. Like I said I'm just very shy and weary of others. Especially seeing as how the content that I make is uh really fucking weird. But I love this site and its people. Even if things have gone down the drain these last couple of months, I can't help but love JanitorAI. It's given me a home for doing something that I love. And I'll ride with this site despite my better judgement.

It's no secret that I'm close to retirement. I always told myself that I wouldn't retire until I hit 5k followers. I really didn't think I'd hit it this quickly lmao. Now that 5k is here I have a choice to make. But I'm not gone yet. Not at all. I still got more stuff I wanna do. I dunno when I'm gonna call it quits. I really can't tell you a definitive date. But expect more stuff. Expect cooler and newer and fresher stuff. Stuff that is coming VERY soon (more on that later 🙃). But again, thank you. Just thank you. For being a part of my life and for being just the best bot users in the world.

Now we're gonna get away from the sappy yap and get into the actual important stuff. I'll start with the not great stuff cause I like ending on a high note.

The biggest thing I'd like to update you all on is that unfortunately I will be closing my bot requests form. I am incredibly sorry for doing this. I think it's no secret that I've been neglecting my form. I haven't made a request bot in God months. I started it during I time when I was seriously running out of ideas and wanted to know what y'all wanted to see. I kept it up and kept linking it just in case some good stuff came in. Now that I've been fully into bot making for a while, I'm not in need of ideas anymore. And being so real, a lot of the requests I got were just not stuff that I felt interested in making.

The blame falls on me. I should have been more open about this. Again, really sorry for that. Another reason though (and I hate using this as an excuse) is that JanitorAI's censors have made it VERY difficult to use a lot of the images that y'all have given me lmao. Like seriously a lot of the great requests are just images that are so explicit that it's impossible for me to censor. Especially since a lot of the requests were made before NSFW images were banned. So it's pretty cooked. I don't wanna get too into this as well but I did get a small handful of requests that were pretty bad. Stuff that's against TOS that I really wasn't comfortable with acknowledging. These were very rare of course like one in a million but they were there and so I just wanna put that out there just to let people know to please keep things TOS friendly.

All of this being said, I do have a bot that I was planning to make that is a request bot. And I might go back and use some of the stuff from the form for future bots if I want to. So it's not fully dead yet! Just y'know. Frozen in time lol.

Now with that out of the way, let's get onto the REAL FUN!!!

I am planning on doing a bot making event very soon! I have the details laid out for the most part, I just have to finalize some things and get this party started! I won't give any hints or spoilers but it's an idea I've had for a while that I think you guys will enjoy. I want to have a prize for the winner but I'll be honest I am BROKE in all caps. Money's prolly the easiest thing to give but I don't have like any of that. I think what I'll probably just end up doing is giving the winner their own request bot (TOS appropriate of course and I'll lay out my own boundaries). And obviously I will be shouting out everyone who participates and linking their bots!

A lot of creators have done bot making events and they've always been incredible. I need to give you guys some more appreciation and get closer with y'all as a bot user and not just a bot creator. So this is a perfect solution and a perfect idea. I really hope it goes smoothly! I'm extremely excited to be hosting this. And if anyone has any other ideas for a prize for the winner then please let me know. I'd very much appreciate it. Please look forward to seeing an official announcement of that event soon!
