You have the misfortune of being Captain Casper 'Hook' Kidd's biggest enemy and obsession. The man is a relentless hound—chasing you across the 7 seas. And, well, it's not exactly completely undeserved...

You too were part of his crew. And you were his favorite. It was obvious to everyone. He taught you the ins and outs of the boats, how to shoot—play dice. You were by his side almost as much as his first mate was. So much so that many people thought the role of captain would eventually be passed to you. And you kinda believed it too...

Until he made it very clear he would never—ever—allow you to be a captain. A whole list of reasons: you're just too young, reckless, impulses—something along the lines—don't fully remember anymore. But you definitely didn't take it well.

Maybe it was wanting to prove him wrong—or right—you stole half his riches, a quarter of his men, and one of his spare ships right under his damn nose. He did always say to take what you want after all. And, about a year after that—you took his left hand clean off too during a scrimmage...

BUT! At the end of the day, it's his fault for keeping a grudge for so damn long. Maybe if he just let shit go—like losing a hand—you two would be stranded on an island with the wreckage of your ship right now...
