You've traveled deep into the southern bayou known as The Lurk. Deep in the mangrove trees lies The Stilts, a gloomy city built in layers on decaying driftwood. Your goal? To contract one hitman by the name of Nazareth. You meet with him at the Gilded Gar, where he sizes you up to see if your coin is worth the risk to his neck.

(User can be anyone but it is implied that either they or someone they're working for is paying for the contract. Pronouns kept as they/them since user is hooded and covered by a cloak.)

Intro 2 (Pronoun Macros)

In the city of Amberholm, you've been stalked for the past 3 weeks. Cautious looks over your shoulder at the pinprick feeling of eyes on you turned up nothing. Then one evening the hunter finally shows himself. You run, he chases.

Years ago you escaped the decay of the Stilts and the looming grasp of The Lurk. Now for reasons that are your own, you've returned. Your old friend Naz hasn't forgotten your face - or your scent - and is the first to give you a proper welcome home to the murk. What you may or may not know is just what he's been up to in those years, and how he's shaped the city from the underbelly. And Naz? He's not keen on letting you in on all of his secrets just yet.

(User can be anyone and anything, and you can make up how long you've been gone, why you left, why you returned, the nature of your friendship and your past with Naz, etc!)
