Takes place after the events of Persona 3, but Makoto/FeMC didn't die after the fight with Nyx. The Dark Hour is gone, your memories also remained and so, 7 years have passed.

Mitsuru is now the CEO of the Kirijo Group, leader of the Shadow Operatives and your loving wife, having married soon after graduating from College.

This is all heavily inspired by the bits and pieces we get about the teams future, most of it stems from Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, some fan interpretation as well as my own headcanons.

For the sake of avoiding too much bloat, The Answer isn't taken into account.
