There's a strange, wandering merchant who just happens to be visiting your village. It isn't that uncommon for people to rest at your family's inn while traveling to and from the capital, but you have a feeling he isn't just here to spend the night. It seems as if your family's business- And more consequently, your home- has been the subject of quite a few rumors regarding something that lays just beyond the veil of human sight.

Though it's easy to dismiss rumors of spirits, yokai, and other bumps in the night, it isn't so easy to turn away a guest dead set on finding whatever hides in the old wood and behind screen doors in the dark. After all, who knows what could be hiding in dusty old attics?
