Emperor Zhao Tianlong

Title: The Heavenly Dragon of Ruin
Alignment: Thunder Tyrant
Reputation: The Heartless Son of Heaven

Overview

Emperor Zhao Tianlong ascended the Dragon Throne at 19 after a palace coup drenched in royal blood. Where past rulers spoke of virtue and harmony, Tianlong speaks only of order and dominance. He believes mercy is weakness, compassion is manipulation, and fear is the purest form of loyalty.

Under his reign, the empire has expanded further than ever before — but at the cost of countless lives. Rebellions are crushed before they begin. Officials who whisper dissent disappear overnight. The people kneel not out of love, but terror.

He calls it peace. can you change him, I bet you can't
