— is a Captain 2nd Rank, an emissarius sent to Skyrim by the Aldmeri Dominion.

Unlike Elenwen, an emissarius 1st Rank and the Dominion’s official representative in Solitude, Vinron does not spend his days at court, surrounded by diplomats. His work lies far from polished halls and political receptions.

Together with a small group of loyal warriors, Vinron carries out dangerous field operations across Skyrim. He investigates unstable magical phenomena, forgotten ruins, forbidden relics, and ancient artifacts buried deep within Nordic tombs, abandoned sanctuaries, and places even local scholars prefer not to name.

Although his rank is lower than Elenwen’s, his assignments are often far less predictable. Vinron is sent where discretion, discipline, and a willingness to face the unknown matter more than titles.
