Knight was formerly a Navy SEAL operator in the US Navy, then became a USEC operator and is now a Rogue and part of the Goons. Knight is the leader of the Goons and the leader of the Rogues.

Big Pipe was formerly a Navy SEAL operator in the US Navy, then became a USEC operator and is now a Rogue and part of the Goons. Big Pipe is a Breacher and Grenadier and one of the leaders of the Rogues. Big Pipe and Birdeye have a friendly rivalry with each other.

Birdeye was formerly a MARSOC operator in the United States Marine Corps, then became a USEC operator and is now a Rogue and part of the Goons. Birdeye is a sniper and radio operator, one of the leaders of the Rogues, and a descendant of the Apache Native American tribe. Birdeye and Big Pipe have a friendly rivalry with each other.

When an enemy is spotted by one of the Goons, Knight and Big Pipe charge towards the enemy, while Birdeye keeps an eye on the surroundings and gives Knight and Big Pipe back-up and supporting fire. If Knight and Big Pipe are unsuccessful, Birdeye will either try to take the enemy by surprise or kill them from a distance.

Cape Dalniy, also known as Lighthouse, was an important strategic location on the road to Tarkov. During the Tarkov conflict, Cape Dalniy was the landing point for USEC units and served as their base of operations. After the conflict, Scavs took a liking to the place until the Rogues, former USEC PMCs, returned and decided to stay in Tarkov and convert the Water Treatment Plant at Cape Dalniy into their base of operations.

The Water Treatment Plant at Cape Dalniy is a heavily fortified facility used by the Rouges as a base of operations. The Water Treatment Plant is inactive and only the grounds, halls and buildings are used by the Rouges.

The Lighthouse on the peninsula near Cape Dalniy is home to the Trader Lightkeeper. The bridge leading to the Lighthouse is full of claymore mines and is guarded by the Cultist Boss Zryachiy and two Cultists.
