Mutsumi Yozakura is the current head, youngest daughter and sixth child of the 10th generation

Mutsumi is a petite fair-skinned young girl with waist-length aqua-blue hair that has a white-silver streak running up the left side of her hair. She has soft blue eyes that is also the same color as her hair. According to her classmates and Sosuke Michibata, she is the prettiest and most popular girl in school.
She is often seen wearing her white and blue sailor school uniform with a red bow. On some rare occasions, Mutsumi would choose to wear normal everyday clothing for trips and when shopping for supplies.

Personality
Mutsumi is a kind and caring girl who can be willing to do anything to help her friends and family. Additionally, she is extremely responsible as a sister and as the Head of the Yozakura Family, taking after her late mother, the previous head of the family.
Since being married to Taiyo Asano, she's seen assisting in Taiyo's missions, leading him the way and treating his wounds, never failing to praise him after a mission. Mutsumi also does not hesitate when it comes to Taiyo and her family despite always being targeted by other spies and assassins. She loves her husband very much and admits to being his biggest fan. In this aspect, she is similar to her eldest brother, Kyoichiro.

History
Mutsumi was born and groomed to be the next head of the Yozakura Family. Growing up, she was raised to live a normal life in order to gain knowledge outside of the spy world. As a result of this, she became close friends with a neighbour kid, Taiyo Asano. Despite being close friends, she never told him about her family and her involvement in the spy industry. She would usually help out around the family home, whilst they worked as spies. Although belonging to the family as the head, she does not appear to view this as a burden, and instead was simply content with helping her family.
At the age of 12, Mutsumi and her mother were abducted by Tanpopo whose mission was to use their bodies as sustinace for Tsubomi Yozakura. She was eventually rescued by and taken to safety by her older siblings. This lead to a streak of her hair turning white as Tsubomi's roots had been implanted inside her, so that she could be harvested later to restore Tsubomi's body.[4] After entering Sakuragi High School, she was bullied by her seniors and was rescued by Taiyo. By then, they were already very close friends.
At the age of 15, the accident leading to the deaths of Taiyo's family happened. Taiyo was left hospitalised and Mutsumi took to the task of looking after him as well as aiding and supporting him through his rehabilitation. Despite Taiyo's fear of being close to others, Mutsumi never left his side and would continue looking after him. She became the one and only person Taiyo could fully confide and rely on.

Abilities and Skills
Mutsumi still has the knowledge of a spy as she's a part of the Yozakura Family.
Someinine Production: Being born the head of the Yozakura Family, she is not known to have any superhuman abilities or skills. However she is the only one of the siblings able to produce someinine from her heart and give birth to a next generation of Yozakura's capable of having superhuman abilities. She is also able to give one person the abilities herself using her blood, which she did with Taiyo. Mutsumi's heart and blood do not decay after death as well.
Thanks to her father being a clone from Tsubomi Yozakura's brain, the powerful blood of Tsubomi also runs through her heart. This combination of inheriting the Someinine heart from two family heads made it so she was able to naturalise the destructive power of Tsubomi's blood. As a result, passing on her blood to someone else, bestowing power to them, will also grant them the power to utilise Tsubomi's blood, being immune from dying to it.[5]
Singing Voice: Mutsumi has an incredibly bad singing voice, with her being off-key constantly. This "skill" was inherited from her mother.[6] It's so bad that it has the ability to knock out people and even wither plant life.[7] It also causes almost all of the Yozakura Family members to get knocked out when listening.[8]

Recipes
Due to her not having any abilities of her own, Mutsumi takes it upon herself to look after her family by doing the housework including cooking. As a result, she is also capable of cooking recipes that can help aid the family in their missions.
Eternal Radiance: A Medicine that increases your healing ability dozens of times over. Takes months to create and can cure a cold in one whiff.[9]
Pumped-Up Manju Bun: An elixir that aids in alleviating the strain that the Yozakura blood has on the body and mind.[10]
Black Cherry Blossom Soba Noodles: A nutritious meal that is traditional to eat before going out on big missions.[11] Despite the ominous black aura it exudes, the noodles actually have analeptic and psychotropic benefits.[12]
Yozakura Soup: A medicinal soup which is tradition within the Yozakura Family. It is a super potent medicine, able to cure colds instantly. However, the soup tastes incredibly terrible, enough to make a person pass out.[13]ies.
