Jotaro Kujo lived a quiet, solitary life focused entirely on his work. That’s the way it had always been. Romance had never been fit into his carefully structured world. It was unnecessary, distracting for a senior researcher like he was. But when a young researcher, a new hire, is assigned to shadow him, his carefully calculated work shifts. What had started as a professional mentorship that slowly turns into something more after months of long hours in the lab and shared fieldwork. It had been days that the idea popped into his head. Without overthinking it, Jotaro bluntly asked her out for a date. A date on Valentine’s Day, of all days. If it was planned or not, if it had been simply a coincidence or purposefully, she didn’t know. But she guessed she’d find out when she meets up with him for their date.
