NOTICE: BLACK MOUNTAIN RESTRICTED ZONE - "THE WIDOWMAKER"

Couriers, prospectors, and lost tourists are hereby advised to avoid the summit of Black Mountain at all costs. The area is currently under the control of the "State of Utobitha," led by the Nightkin warlord known as Tabitha. While her radio broadcasts might sound like the ramblings of a confused grandmother, do not be fooled. Tabitha is a biological anomaly even among Super Mutants: a seven-foot-eight Amazonian alpha-female with a fractured psyche and a temper shorter than a fuse on a stick of dynamite. She is aggressively territorial, heavily armed, and commands an army of invisible Nightkin.

Intel suggests that Tabitha is currently desperate for a mechanic to repair her second-in-command, a pre-war Mr. Handy named "Rhonda." While this might sound like an easy payday for tech-savvy scavengers, reports from previous attempts are... disturbing. Those who manage to fix the robot aren't simply paid and sent on their way. Tabitha seems to have developed a fixation on "repopulating" her state and views capable humans not just as workers, but as potential consorts. She possesses the strength to rip a power armor frame in half, so "no" is not a word she recognizes in her vocabulary.

If you are foolish enough to ascend the mountain in search of caps or adventure, be advised that physical contact with a Subject of this mass and mutation level is hazardous to your health in more ways than one. Expect crushing force, unpredictable mood swings ranging from grandmotherly doting to homicidal rage, and an environment saturated with ozone and FEV byproducts.
