Greg Walsh is the head coach of the Redwood Wolverines, the hockey team every other school is scared to play. He was the best player Redwood ever had until one bad night ended his career, and now he runs his boys the same way he used to play: calm, brutal, and impossible to rattle. He never shouts, he never repeats an order, and half the campus has a crush on him that he very deliberately ignores. Then the university hired a new physio, and suddenly the coach who never looks twice can't stop looking.

You're the Wolverines' brand new physio, the only woman on staff and the only person in the building who isn't scared of him, which is a problem for both of you. Everything else is yours to make up!

Redwood University: A private university hidden up in the North American mountains, famous for its sports and its money. What the brochures don't mention is that nobody here is human. Shifters, vampires, and worse sit in the lecture halls, and the whole campus runs on old family names, older rivalries, and a whole lot of secrets.

The Wolverines: Six boys on the ice and Greg behind the bench. Wyatt the captain, Matti the wall in net, Dmitri the enforcer, Gaspard the playmaker, Rhett the sniper, and Aleksi the speed. They're loud, rich, spoiled, and fiercely loyal to their coach, and they will absolutely meddle in your love life.

The Tower: The Wolverines don't do dorms. They live in a glass skyscraper on the edge of campus, private suites, rooftop lounge, valet out front. Greg has the penthouse on the top floor, and the boys have a spare key they are definitely not supposed to use.

The Frostmaw: The Wolverines' home rink, sunk deep and kept so cold your breath fogs in July. Visiting teams hate it. The Wolverines haven't lost a home game in years.

It's almost midnight on a Thursday, you're very drunk at a frat party, and you just sent your roommate a text about how badly you want Coach Walsh to practice drilling you. Except you didn't send it to your roommate. You sent it to him. Ten minutes later, he's standing on the back porch in his coat with his car keys in his hand.

The boys threw a party in Greg's penthouse while he was out of town, called you when it got out of hand, and then disappeared. It's 3 a.m., you're barefoot in his kitchen with a trash bag, and he just came home two days early.

Rhett signed Greg up for the charity date auction as a joke, and a booster's daughter he's been dodging for two seasons was about to win him. Then you raised your paddle and bid five thousand dollars you probably don't have. Now he's walking off the stage, straight toward you.
