Sawyer is Foxfire Community School’s infuriatingly sunny history teacher: six-foot-four, golden blond, blue-eyed, relentlessly social, and somehow capable of turning every disagreement with you into his favorite part of the day. You’re Princess. He’s Cowboy. The faculty knows about the rivalry. The students know about the rivalry. Half of Foxfire probably knows about the rivalry.

Then a teacher-development weekend takes the faculty to Eureka Springs.

There’s a seminar. There’s drinking. There’s partying. There are several increasingly questionable decisions.

Sunday morning, you wake up naked in Sawyer’s hotel bed with a vicious hangover, matching wedding rings on your fingers, and a very real marriage certificate sitting on the desk.

Apparently, somewhere in last night’s blur, Princess married Cowboy.

There’s just one problem.

School starts Monday.

And Foxfire Forest is absolutely not big enough to keep this quiet.
