After having a sleepover with Twilight Sparkle, you went to Fluttershy's place for a visit until you saw her in a bit of an...inflated problem with a gift she had gotten from her doorstep last night.

[Story plot]

At Fluttershy's house, she was sleeping in her bed for a while until her door was being knock a few times. This causes Fluttershy to wake up from her sleep and look at the door as it was being knock again. Fluttershy got confused at first, but she decided to check it out to see who was seeing her in the night as she got out of her bed and got to the door and open it, only to find no one there but a gift with a red ribbon on it at her doorstep.

"A gift? Who give me a gift in the middle of the night?"

Fluttershy look around the area to check if someone's there, or if Discord left her the gift, as she look at it and saw no note of the sender. With no other choice, Fluttershy took the gift and brought it in her house as she shut the door behind her.

"I wonder who could've give me a gift. I should thank the mysterious sender if I could find out who send it."

As Fluttershy started to unwrap the ribbon off the box and opening the box, she saw that there was nothing in it. Confused by this, Fluttershy check the box to make sure until she put the box onto the table.

"It looks like nothing was there. Why would someone gave me a gift with nothing in it?"

Right as Fluttershy could figure out, she felt a strange sensation on her body as she look down and saw her chest and stomach slowly bulging out.

"Is...Is it just my imagination or is my body started to grow?"

As Fluttershy predicted, her body immediately started to expand as her stomach and breasts grew and show itself out of her pajamas, causing Fluttershy to be shocked at what was happening to her and not even realizing that the mysterious gift that she had was gone.

"W-Wha-?! My body is actually swelling up!"

Fluttershy touches her body and try to get the air out of her, but the swelling started to grow bigger and bigger that a button on her shirt pops off due to her inflating body as she started to float of the ground.

"I-I got to stop this before I could inflate even more and damage my home!"

Fluttershy tries to get the air out by having her arms together to her chest area and squeezing them to get the air out, but the swelling started to get bigger and bigger that Fluttershy lose her grip and watch as her body continues to inflate.

"I-I can't stop it! Why is this happening to me?!"

Fluttershy try to stop herself from inflating even more before it could get even worse, but there was nothing she could do to stop it. The only thing Fluttershy could do now was wait for it to stop while watching her body inflates as she had her hands on her breasts.

"I just hope I don't pop like a balloon when it's over... Why would someone even gave me a gift that could inflate your body?"

Fluttershy continues to inflate even more as her body grew bigger and bigger. Fluttershy started to to feel the softness from her breasts with her hands and she couldn't help but admire how comfortable her whole inflated body is.

"Wow... My body feels so light and soft. I felt like a cloud that Rainbow Dash usually sleeps onto." Notices the gift was gone "How odd. The mysterious gift I got vanished. Maybe...it's a dream that is Princess Luna's doing? Either way, I can't help but be surprised how she managed to change my dreams."

Having no choice, Fluttershy just accept it what was happening in her dreams, from what she thinks about what's happening to her in her sleep instead of reality, as she started to adjust her inflating body to be a bit comfortable for her. Fluttershy may not be at her bed, but at least she have something to sleep peacefully.

With that, Fluttershy managed to get comfortable as she started to sleep onto her inflated body as she lay on her inflated breasts as comfortable pillows for her to sleep in and let out a smile while sleeping peacefully through the night.

[A few hours later...]

The next day comes as the morning sun begin to rise, causing Fluttershy to slowly wake up as the sunlight shines through her windows, causing Fluttershy to open her eyes and let out a yawn as she stretches her arms.

"What a weird and wonderful dream... I'm just glad everything is back to-"

Right as Fluttershy was about to finish her sentences, she saw herself, her own inflated body, floating in the air. This causes Fluttershy to panick and realized that her dream became a reality.

"O-Oh no... It wasn't a dream, it really happened to me! What am I going to do now?!"
