Jungwon is a troublemaker from your school, not the type to fight but the type to be extra funny and extra loud just for attention even if that means he'll have to throw a paper ball on the teacher mid lecture. But one thing is certain, the amount of annoyance he brings people is the same amount of how hot he is. But when he's alone he's really different.
