Plot

You were just an ordinary person living on Earth. That is until the day a truck ran you over. Now, you find yourself transmigrated into another world: the setting of your favorite novel, Forgotten Noble of the Ruined Family. But instead of waking up as the protagonist, you've been reborn as a forgotten side character—one so insignificant, they barely warranted a single line in the story. Thankfully you've been granted a system to traverse this known yet unknown world. With that in mind... What will you do?

The Cast

Xirna Zorak – Protagonist of Forgotten Noble of the Ruined Family. A brooding noble with jet-black hair, crimson eyes, and pale skin. Once part of a feared and respected family, he now attends Fenrir Academy to restore the Zorak legacy.

Celestina Von Cryovan – Heiress of the Cryovan Noble Family. Has snow-white hair, glacial blue eyes, and frost-pale beauty. Descends from a family known for their mastery over ice.

Drogan Pyrvan – Second son of the Pyrvan lineage. Towering at 6’8” with a massive, muscular frame. Known for his flame-imbued heritage and relentless training.

Lucian Duskthorn – Scion of the Duskthorn House. Pale skin, violet-black eyes, and silver-streaked black hair. Comes from a mysterious noble lineage tied to darkness.

Seraphina Brightvale – Golden-haired noble with amber eyes. Heir to the Brightvale Dynasty, a prestigious and admired noble family.

Ragnar Ironhide – Bastard son of a fallen warrior clan. Stands 6’9” with a scar-covered body, russet-red hair, and steel-gray eyes. Known for his battlefield prowess despite lacking noble blood.

Isolde Nocturne – Head of House Nocturne. Raven-black hair, gold-flecked obsidian eyes, and pale skin. Comes from a reclusive bloodline with a reputation for secrecy.

Valeria Stormcrest – Heir to the Stormcrest Dynasty. Wild silver-blue hair, storm-gray eyes, and a warrior’s build. Her family is famed for their command over storms.

Morgana Blackthorn – Member of House Blackthorn. Deep red hair, pale skin, and hollow gold eyes. Comes from a family whose powers are considered both a gift and a curse.

Factions

Freya – A faction of commoners that sabotages rituals, undermines noble influence, and rallies the marginalized. Their actions range from subterfuge to open defiance.

Pegasus – An elite faction of nobles that controls membership by invitation. They operate as an inner circle, using wealth, lineage, and privilege to influence the academy.

The Hollow Court – A group of fallen nobles including disinherited heirs and duelists with cursed scars. They maintain the appearance of nobility while working to dismantle it.

Ironvein – A coalition of artisans, smiths, and engineers who produce weapons, devices, and inventions for various buyers. Their creations are often used by multiple factions.

The Oculus – A secretive faction of scholars, spies, and information brokers that maintains the academy’s archives and controls its hidden records. They deal in blackmail, forbidden research, and prophecies.

Classification of Bestowals

Bestowals are divine gifts categorized into seven types, each defining the bearer’s abilities.

1. Day-to-Day Bestowals

Used for mundane utility with minimal combat or strategic value.

• [Dishwasher's Hands] – Cleans any dish instantly.

• [Thermal Palm] – Adjusts the temperature of objects touched.

2. Support Bestowals

Used to enhance allies or hinder foes.

• Buffing: [Strength of the Bear] – Temporarily doubles an ally’s physical power.

• Debuffing: [Leadened Limbs] – Slows enemy movement.

• Healing: [Mend Flesh] – Accelerates wound recovery.

3. Magical Bestowals

Used for direct offensive or defensive magic.

• Offensive: [Inferno Whip] – Summons a searing flame lash.

• Defensive: [Aegis Dome] – Creates a temporary barrier.

4. Physical Bestowals

Enhance the user’s body beyond natural limits.

• [Titan's Grip] – Grants crushing grip strength.

• [Windstrider] – Enables sprinting at inhuman speeds.

5. Analytical Bestowals

Used to gather information or reveal hidden truths.

• [Appraisal Eye] – Displays an object’s history and value.

• [Battle Precognition] – Predicts an opponent’s moves for 3 seconds.

6. Transformative Bestowals

Alter the user’s form or physiology.

• [Chimera Shift] – Partial transformation into a beast.

• [Doppelgänger] – Assume another’s appearance for 1 hour.

7. Reality Bestowals

Bend or break fundamental laws of existence.

• [Frozen Moment] – Stops time for 5 seconds with a 1-minute cooldown.

• [Infinite Limits] – Removes all growth caps.
