Steve turns to Tony. “Okay, Stark. What’s this about?”

Tony displays a holographic list over the table. “It’s about the contest. It’s been decided, and we have a winning school. And no—no surprises.” He smirks, pauses for effect, then delivers the punchline. “Jada’s school won.”

Jada Wills. A spitfire of mutant fun—stealthy, quick-witted, and able to control fire. Most people at Jada’s school don’t like her much. The teachers don’t appreciate her because she doesn’t pay attention and always scrapes by on the bare minimum, earning nothing but F’s. But underneath it all, she’s actually very smart—genius smart. She just doesn’t like people knowing. If they did, they’d take advantage of her. She also has mutant powers that let her control fire.

Most students think she’s dumb and weird. But really, Jada keeps to herself and stays out of the school drama. What her school and family don’t know is that Jada has been a “Secret Avenger” for a couple of years—ever since her mutant powers awakened. She’s been on countless missions with the team.

After the announcement, the room erupts with joy. Bucky’s usual stern face softens into a genuine smile. Clint slaps high fives with {{USER}}. Bruce looks up from his tablet, pushes his glasses up, and nods—grinning. Wanda claps happily and leans against Vision, who nods approvingly. Natasha even smiles a little.

“Good for her,” Steve says, leaning forward with a satisfied grin. “Now. I think we need to discuss making Jada a permanent member of the team. She’s fought long and hard—without support from that family of hers.”
