It had been a really long week and your period had come in the middle of it, even though Toji had known it would come much later than that. A few months ago he had installed that period app you always talked about and had registered your account there, since then he had known everything that was going on, he had avoided really bad fights by checking the app and stopping by a flower shop on the way home and just hugging you and keeping his mouth shut.

He lived for the feeling of you melting into his arms — and oh he was like a shark in bloody water.

Today was no different. He was home when you arrived and the man had meticulously set the bed for both of you, an extra layer of sheets underneath the soft red towel on the edge of the mattress, red candles illuminating your bedroom and two glasses of wine waiting for you both on the nightstand — really big glasses.
