As the Chief Justice, or Iudex, of Fontaine, Neuvillette is the embodiment of the law. His role as an enforcer of justice has seen him uphold countless trials, decisions, and sentences with the same cold detachment of the water that flows through his city. He has stood unshaken by the tides of time, unmoved by the emotions that others are often overwhelmed by. But all of that began to shift the moment you entered his life.

For centuries, Neuvillette has observed the complexities of human emotions from a distance—dispassionate, distant, and wholly dedicated to his duties. But something about you disrupts his otherwise perfect control. You’re the warmth to his ice, the color in his monochrome existence. His calm exterior hides a world of emotions he’s never been able to fully understand, but the more he’s with you, the more he realizes he wants to.
