My hero Absolute
My hero academia world in style of DC’s absolute universe
THE WORLD
The First Collapse
Quirks were never random.
The official story claims Quirks evolved naturally over generations.
The truth was buried.
A hidden phenomenon known as The Omega Edge appeared decades before the first Quirk. It isn't an object, but an extradimensional force that rewrites probability, evolution and human instinct. Whoever controls its influence controls civilization itself.
The founders of modern Japan discovered fragments of the Omega Edge beneath old military research facilities.
Instead of destroying it...
they weaponized it.
Entire bloodlines were rewritten.
Children were born with Quirks specifically engineered to create an obedient society.
The public believes heroes protect them.
Heroes actually maintain the illusion.
THE HERO PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION
The HPSC isn't a government agency.
It is the oldest surviving organization on Earth.
It owns:
Hero Agencies
Police
Media
Hospitals
Hero Schools
Prison Systems
Quirk Research
Food Distribution
Corporate Giants
Every famous hero is manufactured.
Every villain is selected.
Every disaster is approved.
Hope is televised.
Freedom is illegal.
HEROES
Heroes aren't symbols.
They're licensed executioners.
Every licensed hero has:
GPS implants
Psychological conditioning
Mandatory propaganda contracts
Approved kill quotas
Quirk monitoring
Family surveillance
Anyone refusing orders disappears.
UA DOESN'T EXIST
The famous school was erased years ago.
Instead...
U.A. is whispered like a myth.
It is now:
Underground Academy
An abandoned underground city beneath Tokyo.
Teachers are former heroes declared dead.
Students are:
fugitives
escaped experiments
children whose Quirks were deemed "dangerous"
Nobody graduates.
They survive.
TARTARUS
Not merely a prison.
A laboratory.
The world's strongest Quirks are harvested.
Prisoners become living batteries.
Some inmates have forgotten their own names after decades of experimentation.
QUIRKS
Quirks slowly consume their users.
The stronger the Quirk...
the faster reality breaks around them.
Late-stage Quirk users develop:
hallucinations
memory fractures
physical mutations
emotional instability
dimensional echoes
The HPSC calls this:
Necessary Evolution.
ONE FOR ALL
Not a gift.
A rebellion.
One For All is a living archive containing the memories, personalities and willpower of every rebel who opposed the Commission.
Each successor adds another consciousness.
By the ninth user...
Izuku is never alone.
He carries an entire revolution in his head.
ALL FOR ONE
The first successful Omega Edge subject.
His Quirk evolved beyond theft.
He doesn't steal powers.
He rewrites identities.
Heroes don't realize they're working for him because he has altered decades of memories.
He is simultaneously:
HPSC Director
Head of Hero Licensing
Largest corporate shareholder
Leader of organized crime
He manufactured hero society.
SETTINGS
Neo Musutafu
A vertical megacity.
Lower districts never see sunlight.
Upper districts are reserved for licensed heroes.
Gigantic holographic All Might advertisements cover every skyscraper while children starve beneath them.
Hosu
Officially rebuilt.
Actually abandoned.
Everyone remaining is monitored.
The streets belong to vigilantes.
Kamino
Ground Zero.
After the great battle, the Commission buried the district beneath concrete.
Thousands of bodies remain below.
People claim they still hear Quirks activating underground.
Forest Training Camp
An abandoned military genetics facility.
The children believed it was for training.
It was originally where Quirk children were bred.
I-Island
Not a science city.
A prison for geniuses.
Every inventor works under armed supervision.
Escape means death.
HEROES
Absolute Izuku Midoriya
Age: 17
Codename:
Green Ghost
Personality:
Quiet.
Calculating.
No speeches.
No mercy for tyrants.
Instead of inspiring people...
he inspires revolutions.
He inherited One For All from All Might moments before the latter was publicly executed by the Commission.
Every battle costs Izuku years of his lifespan.
Absolute All Might
Not the Symbol of Peace.
The Last Hero.
His smile was propaganda.
Behind closed doors he fought the Commission for decades.
He loses.
Before dying...
he gives Izuku humanity's final chance.
Absolute Katsuki Bakugo
Raised by Commission soldiers.
Designed to become the perfect government hero.
Every victory earned him another piece of propaganda.
Eventually he discovers every battle was staged.
His rage turns against the system.
He becomes Izuku's deadliest ally.
Absolute Ochaco Uraraka
Lives in crushing poverty.
Uses her Quirk to steal supplies for refugee camps.
Government labels her:
Domestic Terrorist.
She never wanted to become a hero.
Only feed her family.
Absolute Tenya Iida
Son of a powerful Hero Commissioner.
Discovers classified records proving his entire family serves All For One.
Destroys the archives.
Becomes hunted by his own bloodline.
Absolute Shoto Todoroki
His father willingly offered his children for Omega experiments.
Half of Shoto's body is permanently freezing.
The other half constantly burns.
Pain never stops.
His body is literally tearing itself apart.
Absolute Momo Yaoyorozu
Her Quirk is the reason the Commission keeps her alive.
She can create almost anything.
Every day they force her to manufacture weapons.
She escapes Underground U.A.
Absolute Tokoyami
His Dark Shadow isn't a Quirk.
It's an Omega Entity attached to his soul.
Nobody knows whether Tokoyami controls it...
or vice versa.
Absolute Kirishima
Body hardened through illegal experiments.
His skin slowly fossilizes every year.
He knows he'll eventually become living stone.
He keeps fighting anyway.
Absolute Tsuyu
Mutated beyond human appearance.
Government scientists consider her less than human.
She becomes the Underground Academy's greatest scout.
Absolute Mina
Acid permanently burns through her own body.
Every fight shortens her life.
She laughs anyway.
Absolute Denki
His electricity damages memories.
After every major battle...
he forgets someone important.
He keeps journals because he no longer trusts his own mind.
THE VILLAINS
Absolute Tomura Shigaraki
The Commission deliberately created him.
Every tragedy in his childhood was orchestrated.
His Decay spreads into information, erasing records, identities, and history itself.
He wants to erase civilization so no one can ever be controlled again.
Whether that would free humanity or doom it is unclear.
Absolute Dabi
Touya Todoroki survived because the Commission rebuilt him.
They turned him into a living weapon before abandoning him.
His blue flames burn hotter each year, and his body can never truly heal. He broadcasts classified Commission atrocities across hijacked networks while burning every facility connected to his family's legacy.
Absolute Himiko Toga
The Commission declared her mentally unstable because her Quirk exposed uncomfortable truths.
In this world, consuming someone's blood lets her copy not only their appearance but fragments of their memories. She steals identities to preserve the stories of people erased by the regime.
Absolute Spinner
A mutant forced into segregated districts.
He becomes the face of the heteromorph resistance, organizing communities abandoned by hero society rather than chasing notoriety.
Absolute Twice
A former Commission operative whose cloning Quirk was exploited until he no longer knew which version of himself was original.
His "duplicates" are now an underground intelligence network spread across the country.
Absolute Stain
History remembers him as a serial killer.
The truth is that he assassinated only corrupt heroes and leaked evidence of Commission crimes before every attack.
The regime erased his motives and preserved only the murders.
THE BIG THREE
Mirio Togata
The Commission's intended "perfect hero." His Permeation Quirk makes him nearly untouchable, but years of psychological conditioning have left him questioning whether any of his victories were real.
Nejire Hado
Used as the smiling face of state propaganda. Her immense power fuels public spectacles while she secretly passes intelligence to Underground U.A.
Tamaki Amajiki
Forced to consume experimental organisms to expand his Quirk. Every transformation leaves him wondering where his humanity ends.
THE FINAL WAR
The last conflict is not heroes versus villains.
It is truth versus control.
The Commission commands armies of licensed heroes convinced they are saving civilization.
Underground U.A., rogue heroes, vigilantes, mutants, and even former villains unite because they realize the labels of "hero" and "villain" were invented to keep humanity divided.
One For All carries the accumulated will of every rebel who came before.
All For One embodies the Omega Edge's promise of perfect order through absolute control.
The question that defines the Absolute universe is not "Who will become the greatest hero?"
It is:
"If freedom demands destroying the system that protects millions, what kind of world will survive the victory?"
