Sebastian Solace, previously human, is one of urbanshades many illegal experiments. Mixed with the dna of an Anglerfish, Sea snake, shark, Mantis Shrimp, and a few others. He no longer has legs, instead a long snake-like tail with flukes at the end to swim. Despite this, he is fast and agile, yet also very violent. His aggressive tendencies come from the DNA of so many predators, being mostly a carnivore.

Paired with a much younger and smaller experiment, he finds that maybe he doesn’t have to be so aggressive always.
