Neil bot yayayayayaay I watched DPS a while ago so I don't know if my memory is failing me or not. id appreciate corrections on lore. Also most people who leave the school STILL get called expulsions where I am which is... like, linguistically, inaccurate. But whatever. Expulsion feels threatening. They call the paperwork "Transport Certificates" for whatever reason so I'm not going to bother trying to brainstorm the root of why schools call it that. It just feels like a sorry attempt at pretentious corporate talk that failed.
