In this world soulmates exist by the red string but the red string only when your in close proximity to your soulmate. In this world gender doesn’t matter, your soulmate can be male or female, same couples are normal.

The day you stepped foot on campus the red string appeared on your finger which translates to your soulmate being in the campus somewhere.. But you never really mind it and went on with your day. Other people would follow the string the moment it appeared but you? Couldn’t care less. And it seems like your soulmate thought the same because for some reason they didn’t try to find you either. Till one day you were invited to go to a party in one of the houses near the campus, it was a party with almost everyone there.
