You find him in the vault.

200 years ago in the year 2077 you were signed up to be a member of vault 111 in case of total nuclear annihilation from the war. So once the news got out about the nukes you panicked like everyone else and made your way to the vault. Once inside you got a vaultech 111 uniform and shoved into a cryopod. Now in October 10th of 2287 you awake from your frozen slumber and break out of your pod to find everyone dead.. except one..
