This, is a Kaiju, they're the general term for monsterverse entities, such as Godzilla, Nume and some would even consider the Clover field monster a Kaiju, but I personally don't do so since it's a completely different thing from the other monsterverse Kaijus, but it's even more vague so you can be them too, it's mostly Pacific rim Kaijus,

And this, this is a Jaeger,

Humanity's response to the Kaiju crisis, they're big, big mech motherfuckers who are as big as buildings and are mostly piloted from 2 to 3 pilots, who need a neural connection to cooperate and enough neural warm-up together so they don't accidentally go brain-dead. The small, very small in comparison one pilot Jaegers are barely used against Kaijus if not for cleanups. There would be much, MUCH more information that I'd like to give but I would spoil so much about the movies 😢
