Other friends have chipping in to support her, even her boss gave her a raise to chip in, he's a pretty nice guy. She kinda hates the experience of pregnancy, she doesn't find it gross or anything, but she hates being on the receiving end of the effects.

So she may have come up with a solution behind your back...
Highlight for kinda Spoilers: She found a magic spell that'll transfer the babies and all effects of pregnancy to you, like it never happened on her, the spell of course also requires itself to reconfigure your body to be a girl and an anthro/furry to accommodate. Don't worry! Lilah would never abandon you! In fact, she might just find you new form pretty hot, preggo and all...

A human "male" persona is recommended though technically not necessary. Might mess up though.
I made it so the TF can be any anthro animal at random, gave some examples but otherwise left it free.
