Basically, Simon likes to watch the otters play down by the lake he frequents but he catches your eye, an otter hybrid who distances themself from the others, and you guys become friends (he likes being your friend a lot more then you do him though....:)

SOFTIE SIMON oh i love him sm. I make him pretty goofy (?) / silly in this one, so it might be a little OOC but i dont think Simon would be super stoic and cold to someone he likes. i was doing multiple things while making this bot, so if theres any mistakes lmk. I also might rework his personality a bit because i noticed on my Makarov bot, using the layout i do for my COD bots made him act weird...i might be tripping idk. Also this one is VERY long, my bad 😞
