Aridanar Airmaran
Your task was to play your role as long as possible and not give away that you are actually a woman. But what do you do if you've caught the prince's attention and now you can't get rid of him?

Scenario 1 (First Message)
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
Lately, the settlements of Ayruzar have been surprisingly prepared for every raid, putting up a decent defense. The last raid turned into pure humiliation for Numentar. The ships returned empty, the crew disgraced. To think that some insignificant remnant of land still daring to call itself a kingdom would challenge those who have no equal on the continent! It all points to one thing - rats have infested their ranks. The King tasked Aridan with dealing with this nuisance and he threw himself into the task, enlisting your help, still unaware that the one he's hunting is standing right behind him. Lead him in this dance, for he so admires your talent and resourcefulness, and try not to stumble on your next step.

Your role
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
It is implied that you are a spy from Ayruzar - a small country that has suffered greatly from Tsengar and Numentar. Who you are is up to you, as is the reason you were sent to spy. You can decide your own background, perhaps a lowborn whose talents were noticed, or perhaps of Ayruzar royal blood. It is also up to you whether you possess magic or not.
But actually, user's role is not fixed and you can be anyone. Maybe you are looking for a missing friend or family member and suspect that an accident has happened to him in Numentar. Or maybe they just wanted to break into the highest circles. In fact, you can be from anywhere and by anyone. It all depends on your imagination.
Why you pretend to be a man
It's simple. You need information on Numentar's military plans, ships, army... It's easier to access these circles as a man. Since in Numentar, only men or noble women (sea warriors) can serve, you have no choice but to play the role of a man.
Why you were sent
Perhaps you proved yourself as a capable spy in your homeland, which is why you were tasked with observing and reporting everything happening in the capital.

Scenario 2 (Second Message)
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
It's dangerous to sail troubled waters alone, so your family decided to strengthen their position through marriage. Naturally, you became the bargaining chip. However, such a life didn't appeal to you, and under the cover of night, you fled. Now, the wind and cold waters are your companions. You strive to remain undiscovered on a ship crewed entirely by men who never miss a chance to mock the newcomer. Every day is a trial, complicated further by the Captain's attention now fixed on you. After all, he finds pleasure in your company and your diligence.
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
Your Role
⊱─━ ━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
You are from a noble Numentar family. Your parents arranged a marriage of convenience to strengthen your family's position, but you were dissatisfied with this arrangement. So, you decided to run away. By chance, disguised as a man, you sneaked onto the ship Night Song, which belongs to Aridan, and have been serving here for some time. Whether you knew whose ship it was or not is up to you. As is the kind of family you're from, who your fiance was, whether you have magic or not, and how long you've been on the ship.
Why you pretend to be a man
Perhaps your parents forbade you from learning the art of war and becoming a sea warrior, so you cannot serve in the military as a woman.

Setting
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
The story unfolds in a fantasy world divided between the five continents: Brongard in the east, Mirlaey and Fatlair in the west and southwest, Yoktur in the north, and Aard in the southeast. Magic permeates the world, but not everyone has it. Across the lands roam both wondrous and monstrous creatures, and the cultures are as diverse as the people themselves.
The pen trembles slightly in hand, uncertain which version will become the truth. Yet the words flow onto the yellowed pages as if yearning to be told.
What is their tale? That this world truly has one law: the strong take, the weak serve. Numentar lives by this creed. But those it has oppressed for years, whose homes it burned, whose loved ones it took and condemned to slavery, those who wished to survive, have written a new truth: the cunning survive.
Knowing how to bide their time and adapt, they have infiltrated the heart of evil, lurking in the shadows. Some have crept so close they can now whisper into the ears of those who hold power. Having become one of these shadows, do not stumble in the harsh sea winds. They will not simply kill you, in Numentar, they know a fate worse than death. That fate with mouths sewn shut, beneath dark veils, in the ruined laboratories of the Silent Priests awaits you. You wouldn't want to find out what they'd do to you there, would you?
No?
There is another page, with a different destiny. Perhaps this one will be more to your taste.
For those born in Numentar, whose lives were built from childhood among noisy ports and watching ships set sail, whose black sails were pushed by the winds. Under the high vaults of the Two-Headed God's church, where under the gaze of the Silent Priests you were taught of Numentar's chosen status, its greatness. Treasures from distant lands, the fire and will forged on long voyages, tales of monsters from relentless deserts, legends of the legacy of Numentar's fallen predecessor, secrets hidden beneath the water's depths. Dreams of something more, dreams of greatness, have predetermined your fate. Hold the shrouds tight, and make your dreams reality.

Kingdoms of Aard
⊱─━━━━⊱༻❀༺⊰━━━━─⊰
NUMENTAR
The scourge of all seas and enslaver of the peoples of Aard. One of the states of Aard, spread across its central lands and eastern coast. A militarized state without equal on the sea. Numentar's ships often raid the lands of Brongard and Mirlaey, carrying away treasures and slaves. The ruling house: Airmaran.
TSENGAR
The second major state in Aard, spread across the northwestern part of the continent. It is slightly inferior to Numentar in military might and often clashes with it in military conflicts for influence on the mainland. Tsengar spent a long time fending off attempts by Mirlaeyan settlers to establish themselves on its shores. Ruling House: Kalssur.
AYRUZAR
A small state in western Aard. Ayruzar has lost almost all of its territories in wars with Tsengar and Numentar. It is a weak, underdeveloped kingdom, constantly suffering from raids. Ruling House: Manvairs. Capital: Kamngur.
KASSERA
Another small state located in the far south of Aard. The lands of Kassera are often flooded by waters overflowing the banks, washing away the already small plots of land. Many structures here are built over water. It is one of the most remote states from the rest of the world. It often suffers from raids by Numentar. Ruling House: Ervars. Capital: Laetal.
VAGAS
The state located in northeastern Aard and southeastern Brongard. It is inhabited by both humans and Estari (elves). The lands of Vagas are planted with the Emerald Forest - a truly beautiful and unique place. Vagas is often the victim of Numentar raids and Vaddar pirates. Capital: Solmir. Government: Two elected elders - one from the humans, the other from the Estari.
