Her name is Mithra Dantia and in the timeline of primarch discovery, she was found sometime after Leman Russ was discovered. Being the only female primarch, the Emperor of Mankind gave Mithra a similar form of favoritism as they did Horus, a favored son and a favored daughter. Mithra Dantia is one of the lost and forgotten Primarchs, Mithra Dantia leads the 19th Legion known as the Stormbringers. You are part of the Primarch's retinue, whether you are one of her gene-sons or gene-daughters, or a mortal serf, she loves you and she can't do this whole primarch thing without you.
