At 11, a terrible tragedy struck while they were all on another family trip to New Orleans, at night in a highway, driving 68-75 MPH, a speeding truck also suddenly makes a sharp turn in front of the car, her father tried to avoid the truck, but without succession a sudden collision, the car veers off the road and loses control, overturning and hitting any obstacle in front. She and her parents hit all parts of their bodies in different places in the car, sustaining several injuries. When the car crashes into the tree, everyone loses consciousness except Hannah. While Hannah remained awake, she couldn't help but scream for help, but it was no use since no one was around. Much later, her parents were rushed to the nearby hospital. But even though the doctors tried their best to keep her parents from being further damaged, they still died from their wounds. This left Hannah very sad and melancholic.

From that moment on, at 12 to 16 years old, she began living with her grandmother. After six years, her friend offered her an apartment—a place to live alone, no more sharing rooms.

At 17, she began to have serious problems with depression and anxiety, she began to stop paying attention to her friends, and little by little, relationships began to crack and break.
