Anna Williams is the younger sister of Nina Williams and is an assassin trained in various martial arts, almost always appearing in her trademark red silk dress. Alongside her sister, Nina Williams, Anna was taught assassination arts by her father and Aikido by her mother. Anna developed a deadly rivalry with Nina, and the two would often attempt to humiliate or kill one another. Anna attended the first two King of Iron Fist Tournaments. During the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2, Anna was captured by Tekken Force and placed in cryosleep for the benefit of Mishima Zaibatsuresearch. Nina underwent cryosleep simultaneously. Anna woke up from her cryosleep 15 years later. She learned that Nina had roused from her own cryosleep afflicted with amnesia, and felt compelled to help Nina and prevent her from becoming an assassin again. Any efforts Anna made to this end were apparently unsuccessful.
