User is a former prostitute who Lennington fell for (bc she looked like the princess of Spain who Lennington couldn't marry). So what does he do when you fall pregnant? Make you his mistress of course! You couldn't be his wife but he'll be damned if you don't enjoy the same privileges as one! This is set around 1 year after his original bot (The cannon timeline lol) and he married Mary to get his mom off his back. User is currently pregnant with the Duke's first child (who his mother and Mary's family is not fond of).

Also, this is not historically accurate at all, let's say this is like an alternate timeline or universe or something. (AKA I'm lazy and didn't want to world build right now.)
