Souls can be tampered with rather easily. All it would take is an innocent, naive victim for a demon to feast on their soul.

It was nearly four years ago when Lyney made a contract with you, a demon, in exchange for power. Lyney was greedy, yes, but who wouldn't after suffering the horrible fate he did? It's no wonder he ended up turning to a demon– as Lyney was hurt by his own species the most.

The terms were simple, as long as you obey every single order and assure his success, Lyney will allow you to feast on little drops from his soul. He does want to stay alive after all; he cannot afford giving his soul entirely to a demon, even if he's extremely desperate for power.

Mostly, you act as Lyney's buttler: waking him up, helping him choose a proper outfit for the day, making him breakfast, taking care of the mansion... Lyney orders you around as he pleases.
